Take a look at Sandi & Ben Soedjono’s Koi pond. This pond liner had many issues that were resolved by Southwest Polycoat. We were the fifth and FINAL polyurea liner applicators to work on this pond! Now the Soedjono’s spend time enjoying their koi pond, not worrying. Click here to see the project.

Here is an email sent from the Soedjono’s to Tim Zuber regarding the liner work Southwest Polycoat completed for them.

Good Morning Tim,
This is the first morning we woke up to a beautiful, functioning pond thanks to you, David and Chuck. They were everything you said they were and more.
First, we must thank you for for not only listening to our eight month long ‘tale of woe’ but also for providing the solution. It is extremely rare today to find real professionals but Chuck and David are just that. They give all credit to you for your high standards and attention to detail.
Within five to ten minutes, they found one of the reasons for a leak and as they checked each jet, they continued to find more problems. I often find that where mechanics and plumbing are concerned, men tend to think that women are incapable of understanding or caring. Not so with David and Chuck. They had the patience and took the time to show me what they found and why it was a problem. The respect and professionalism they showed was a refreshing change.
We knew from the moment they set up that every detail mattered. The weather was extremely hot and underneath the tent, it was stifling, but they never once lost their temper, enthusiasm or sense of humor. The passion for their work showed in everything they did. I especially liked the documentation of all the problems they found and one day it could provide excellent material for a troubleshooting manual.
We are in your debt and if there is EVER anything we can do to help you or Chuck or David, consider it done. We never expected to have the “Cadillac” of liners, as David is fond of saying! We will gladly show our pond to any potential clients or simply be a reference for you. We look forward to receiving literature on your product and we will let everyone in our Koi Club know that this is the best there is.
We hope one day that you will visit Texas so we can meet you in person. We feel we have our life back again without constant worry. We place a high value on our home, pond and koi; they are as priceless as what you did for us.
With Sincere Appreciation,
Sandi & Ben

We sprayed the polyurea liner for a koi pond at Mystic Koi and Water Gardens in Upland, Ca with Tim Zuber.
The pond is located at their store facility and is a Nexuss Display pond. Take a look at the project gallery to see how the liner was installed and the completed pond with water! Click here to see project pictures.

Here is a Koi pond on a smaller scale that we completed for a client in Chino. No pond is too big or too small.
